In the cellar: The grapes spend five years on their lees imparting extra depth and precision.
Farming method: This pure Chardonnay is a selection from three plots. One-third comes from “Les Hautes Mottes” of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger; the second-third comes from the “Vozémieux” terroir of Oger. These two terroirs of the Côte des Blancs are classified Grand Cru, and the vines have never received herbicides or pesticides.
Tasting notes: Concentrated, precise fruit and finesse. We love the toasty brioche notes, offset by aromas of white flowers and daisies. It’s a true gem! Bubbles are fine and persistent.
