When and how do you ship my order?

We work with UPS shipping carriers to deliver your orders promptly and safely. We ship cheese on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays only to ensure that transit is uninterrupted and perishables arrive in excellent condition. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.

What are your shipping restrictions?

We offer nationwide cheese and grocery UPS Shipping throughout the continental United States. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, nor Puerto Rico. We are unable to fulfill international orders at this time. Additionally, we are unable to ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We currently do not offer shipping of alcohol of any kind outside of Massachusetts.

What are your shipping options?

We offer competitive shipping rates to ensure affordability for our customers. You may choose which shipping option you prefer before completing your purchase.

How do you pack my order?

To maintain the quality and freshness of our products during transit, we carefully package each order with insulated materials and ice packs as necessary. This ensures that your cheeses arrive in optimal condition, ready to be enjoyed. If weather conditions risk the quality of the product, we may choose to expedite or hold your order.

Do you ship year round?

We aim to ship year round. While we strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner, unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather conditions or carrier delays, may occasionally impact delivery times. If you encounter any issues with your delivery, please don’t hesitate to contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.

What is your return policy?

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if your order arrives damaged or if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please reach out to us within 24 hours of receiving your order, and we will gladly assist you.
