In the cellar: This is made in the pét-nat method: firstly, spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel, then the wine is bottled, and then it goes through its secondary fermentation in bottle. Deceptively simple sounding and incredibly delicious!

Tasting notes: A thirst-quenching combination of sour and sweet lemons with notes of almonds and hazelnuts.
