In the cellar: Spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel with no filtering or finish. Each grape variety sees 5-7 days of maceration imparting a light amber color from the grape skins.

Tasting notes: Naturally hazy, notes of apricots, peaches and aromas of oregano. Pair with a hearty corn and pasta dish.
