With savory, biscuity Taleggio, buttery Raschera, and a burst of salt and pepper from the Barricato al Pepe, this fondue is a fun and satisfying twist on the classic. We also toss in a dash of Kozani, a locally made spice mix that adds notes of bright citrus and herbs. Try dipping a buttery cracker, a piece of fluffy focaccia, or a slice of peppery salami into the mix. If you have any left over, the Italian Stallion makes an awesome cheese sauce for any pasta or steak sandwich.
