This is our most adventurous fondue, so if you’re looking to try something new this is the one for you! Alongside two silky Alpine-style cheeses, we stir in a good chunk of blue cheese for some salty, funky, grassy flair. Included in the kit are our favorite tangy Dijon mustard (for use in the fondue itself), and mellow crunchy crackers. We also love slices of seared steak, roasted mushrooms, pieces of juicy, spicy sausage, and cubes of rustic, seedy bread as vehicles for this melted cheese. Embrace the funk!
