In the cellar: After harvest, the grapes are gently crushed and fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks followed by 4 months on the lees. The wine then ages between 4-6 months before bottling. 
Farming method: Biodynamic
Tasting notes: Notes of spring flowers, crunchy apples, and crushed stones. Dry and a lingering hint of salinity.
