In the cellar: These red and white grapes were co-fermented spontaneously in neutral oak barrique. Once bottled the wine then naturally re-fermented. No added sulfites.  
Farming method: Organic/Biodynamic. Silver Thread operates entirely on solar-power!  
Tasting notes: Dry with playfully tangy notes of raspberries and blackberries. It is very carbonated so open with care over a sink!
